Questions
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Guests just point their phone camera at the QR code on the coaster — the experience opens instantly in their browser. Nothing to download, no account to create, just straight into the fun.
Can I change the content after ordering?
Yes. Your quiz questions, partner names, theme colour, and game content can all be updated via your personal manage page — right up until the day itself. Obviously there's a cut-off for the coasters - but youre in control as you approve the design before printing.
What happens after 60 days?
Your site is hosted for 60 days from your event date. After that it closes. If you'd like to keep it live — for anniversary replays, or to share with guests who couldn't make it — just get in touch and we can extend your hosting.
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend ordering at least two weeks before your event to leave plenty of time for design approval and delivery. If you're cutting it closer, contact us — rush orders may be possible.
Can I order more than 25 coasters?
Yes. You can order 50, 75, or 100 coasters as part of the package.
