By ordering from, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Connectivity: Guests need strong Wi‑Fi or mobile signal to access the live games and uploads.

1) What you're buying

1.1 my.enigmats provides custom-printed coasters with QR codes that link to your personalised event website (the "Site").

1.2 Every order includes:

Printed coasters (physical goods), and a hosted event Site accessible via the QR code(s), and any add-ons selected at checkout (e.g., mini-games, photo/selfie challenges).

1.3 Unless stated otherwise, purchases are for personal event use. Commercial resale or white-labelling requires written permission.

2) Eligibility and access

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

2.2 Access to preview/admin areas may be provided via a "magic link" or similar secure URL. You are responsible for keeping those links private.

2.3 If you share admin access with others, you're responsible for their actions.

3) Personalisation and your responsibilities

3.1 You are responsible for the accuracy of names, dates, images, questions, and any other content you submit.

3.2 You confirm you have the rights/permissions to upload and use any content you provide (including photos, logos, and text).

3.3 We may apply minor formatting changes needed for layout, compatibility, print, or deliverability (e.g., cropping, resizing, compression).

4) Orders, pricing, and payment

4.1 Prices are shown at checkout and include the items described in Section 1, plus any selected add-ons.

4.2 Payment is taken at the time you place an order unless otherwise stated.

4.3 If there is an obvious pricing error, we may cancel/refund the affected order and contact you.

4A) Upsells, add-ons, and post-event purchases

4A.1 We may offer optional upgrades and add-ons (each an "Upsell") either at checkout or after purchase (for example: additional games, additional coaster quantities, photo/selfie challenges, extended access, or post-event products such as a stats/summary).

4A.2 Any Upsell you purchase forms part of your agreement with us and is subject to these Terms, plus any specific description, pricing, and delivery timeline shown at the time of purchase.

4A.3 Unless we state otherwise, Upsells are billed at the time you buy them and may be delivered digitally (feature unlocks / Site updates) or physically (additional printed coasters).

4A.4 If an Upsell changes the scope of what we provide (for example, adding features or extending access), we will apply the change to your Site as described in the Upsell confirmation.

5) Preview stage and changes

5.1 After you submit your information, we provide a Preview Site and/or editable preview admin area to review your content before print/launch.

5.2 You can make changes during the Preview window. If your Preview expires, you may reactivate it as set out in Section 6 (Second Preview, then Final Preview).

5.3 We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect details you approve or submit.

6) Preview, hosting, expiry, and removal

6.1 Hosting (live Site): Your event Site is hosted for 60 days from the date it is first made live for your event (the "Hosting Period"), unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6.2 Preview windows: Before your Site is finalised and/or made live, we provide a Preview Site so you can review and edit your content. Preview access is time-limited as follows:

First Preview: available for 5 days. Second Preview (reactivation): available for 3 days. Final Preview (last reactivation): available for 1 day.

6.3 Expiry and removal: Each Preview expires automatically at the end of its window. After the Final Preview window ends, the Preview and its associated draft content may be removed and may no longer be recoverable. If you want to proceed after removal, you may need to resubmit your information and restart the creation process.

6.4 Event-date restriction: Previews are intended for setup and checking only. A Preview is not valid on or after your event date. If the current date is on or after the event date you provided, preview access may be disabled and/or removed even if a preview window would otherwise remain.

6.5 Reactivation: If your First Preview expires, you may reactivate once for a Second Preview window, and then once more for a Final Preview window. Reactivation availability may require you to confirm your email and/or other security checks.

6.6 Archiving/backups: We may retain limited backups and operational logs for a short period after expiry/removal for fraud prevention, dispute handling, and support, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6A) Post-event products and "second instances"

6A.1 We may offer post-event products (for example, a "Stats Wrap" or downloadable summary) generated from activity on your Site during the Hosting Period.

6A.2 Post-event products are separate deliverables and do not change the Preview rules in Section 6. In particular, Previews remain invalid on or after the event date.

6A.3 If we offer a "second instance" (for example, re-opening access after expiry, creating a replay version, or extending the Hosting Period), this will be treated as an Upsell and may come with its own access window and pricing as shown at purchase.

7) Printing, shipping, and delivery

7.1 Coasters are printed based on the information and designs confirmed at the time you approve.

7.2 Delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by production schedules, courier delays, or peak periods.

7.3 Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

7.4 If items arrive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, notify us within [7] days of delivery with photos and order details so we can assess a replacement/refund.

8) Cancellations and refunds

8.1 Because the Service includes personalised printing, changes or cancellations may not be possible once printing has started.

8.2 Personalised printed items are generally non-returnable unless defective or misprinted due to our error.

8.3 Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, where applicable, the Consumer Contracts Regulations).

8.4 If you believe something is faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.

9) User-generated content (e.g., selfie/photo challenges)

9.1 If your Site includes photo/selfie challenges or uploads, you are responsible for informing guests that they are uploading content to your event Site.

9.2 Uploaders must only upload content they have rights to share and that does not violate laws or third-party rights.

9.3 You must not use the Service to collect or share illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content.

9.4 We may remove content or disable uploads if we reasonably believe there is abuse, unlawful content, or risk to users or our systems.

9.5 We may apply upload limits and anti-abuse controls (e.g., file size/type limits, rate limits).

10) Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to Sites, admin tools, or data; share, guess, or brute-force private URLs/slugs; upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service; use the Service to harass, defame, or infringe others' rights; or use the Service for regulated/illegal activities. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches.

11) Intellectual property

11.1 We own (or license) the underlying software, templates, and designs used to provide the Service.

11.2 You own the content you submit (subject to any third-party rights).

11.3 You grant us a limited licence to use your submitted content to provide the Service (including hosting, rendering, printing, and support).

11.4 You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our templates/software without permission.

12) Privacy and data

12.1 We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy: [link to /privacy].

12.2 Sites may collect guest names (or nicknames) and, if enabled, photo uploads and game interactions.

12.3 You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to invite guests to use your Site and upload content (usually legitimate interests/consent in an event setting).

12.4 We may store uploaded images and Site data for the Hosting Period and a limited operational period thereafter for backups, fraud prevention, and support, unless otherwise stated in the Privacy Policy.

13) Service availability and changes

13.1 We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, and third-party outages may occur.

13.2 We may change features, templates, or integrations, but we'll take reasonable steps not to materially reduce what you purchased during the Hosting Period.

14) Disclaimer and limitation of liability

14.1 We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill.

14.2 We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied content, device/network issues on your side or your guests' side, or third-party services (email providers, payment providers, couriers) beyond our control.

14.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.

14.4 Subject to 14.3, our total liability for your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

15) Termination

15.1 We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal/security reasons.

15.2 On termination/expiry, Sites may be disabled and content may be removed/archived in line with Section 6 and our Privacy Policy.

16) Complaints and support

17) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
